The Witte Museum’s Salud! Culinary Night will continue on Tuesday, January 3 with The Bug Dinner, Part Deux! Chef Stephen Paprocki, Chef Jeff White of Boiler House Texas Grill and Wine Garden, Chef Chris Cook and Jenn Riesman, Pastry Chef of Hotel Emma will be preparing a four-course meal…using insects! Learn about the use of insects as sustainable foods, while you enjoy brews from Alamo Beer that have been paired with each dish. The class is for guests 21 and up only.
